| Summary: | The beginnings of consumer companies date back to the 40s after the Second World War which began to generate an increased demand for everyday products in homes and introduced the need to supply and facilitate this bevy in less time, all this because of the existing population increase that causes constant changes and meet them in a job that has to do from an administrative perspective. Within the wide world of consumer companies there is a great variety ranging from manufacturing to product distribution, within this classification can also find companies of all types, size and geographical coverage, which try to meet different needs of the population regardless of social level to consumers, using methods belong distribution. The distribution of consumer products in the city of Duran does not cover the entire city or fail products on the date and time indicated in that have to be shipped from the city of Guayaquil causing discomfort to clients and final consumer, it is taking in the replacement of products and their availability. The research was conducted, because they had the resources needed to implement market research, technical, economic and financial, plus the results of the town of Duran was obtained by obtaining the net present value (NPV) $ 704.195,85, the internal rate of return (IRR) with 66% and the cost benefit is $ 1.89. |
