| Shrnutí: | The present research work entitled "Motivational Strategies and their influence on the academic performance of high school students of the "Junín" Educational Unit aims to analyze the motivational strategies to optimize the academic performance of high school students, because, in the teaching practice executed in the classrooms, by the main actors of teaching, there has been a lack of motivational strategies in pedagogical tasks. For this, the qualitative-quantitative methodology will be used, in which a systematic study will be carried out and instruments that allow the collection of statistical data in which the problem on the motivational strategies that affect the academic performance of high school students occurs. The type of research will be exploratory and descriptive with the purpose of investigating, analyzing, knowing adequate criteria. For the collection of information, the survey addressed to 12 teachers and 75 high school students of the "Junín" Educational Unit will be used. The variables used in the research were motivational strategies and academic performance. This study will allow to conclude in the elaboration of a training workshop on motivational strategies, with the purpose that teachers and students of the "Junín" Educational Unit are motivated and acquire the tools to exercise good leadership within the classroom and allow the development comprehensive of the student. |
