| Resumo: | Credits microenterprise in Ecuador today contribute to improving the economic situation of families, using a popular tool in the fight against poverty, granted to people with very low income. Currently provide employment to 60% of the economically active population, contributing positively to GDP, reducing social and economic imbalances, financial gaps caused by governments that preceded. The loan is granted with the only guarantees that represent the confidence in the person and in the project, recovering the etymological sense of the word credit. The business that is created represents a choice of employment through self-employment in this way encourages initiative rather than dependence. The microenterprise development has become a source of employment and thus out of poverty, being so important that, in the canton Quevedo, province of Los Ríos, some public and private institutions has seen the need to offer as product, microcredit to their customers due to the great success that it has developed in recent years in Ecuador after the crisis in 1999. That's why by analyzing this research, provides an overview of the magnitude reached microfinance loans from the financial institutions of the canton Quevedo, as alternatives to combat social exclusion and financial plus examine the socio-economic impact exerted on the lower middle strata of the population quevedeña. |
