Shrnutí:Currently, companies have increased their level of competitiveness, which has generated the need to implement an optimal management, supervision and direction system. The objective of this study was to analyze the internal control processes and their effect on the administrative management of the company RADIO VIVA 91.1 FM of the Quevedo canton during the year 2022. The methodology applied was a quantitative approach with inductive, deductive and historical-logical methods. Interviews, surveys and direct observation were conducted to collect data. The results show that more than 60% are unaware of the internal control procedures. 73% affirm that there is no defined organizational structure. However, 46% say that management indicators were identified. The working relationship is good according to more than 60%. But there is little control and evaluation of skills. 93% agree to implement training programs and internal control models to improve management. The study evaluated internal control and its impact on the management of Radio Viva 91.1 FM in 2022. 75% trust and 25% risk in the processes were determined, showing moderate trust and considerable risk. The profitability on sales reached 29.29%, but the sponsor's satisfaction was only 66.67. It is necessary to improve policies, processes, organizational structure and control models. In conclusion, it is necessary to implement improvements in policies, procedures, organizational structure, staff training and internal control models. This will optimize administrative management, minimize risks and improve levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
