| 總結: | As essential part of the realized investigation you could detect a innumerous of deficiencies and aspects of importance inside the District of Health 13D08, Canton Pichincha, among them: the politicians and administrative tools used in the institution, are incorporated according to the approach that emits the Ministry of Public Health from the Ecuador to all the organisms that serve as support in the different domestic districts; on the other hand, the institution uses the acting appraisal methods in function of the development of technical the net of services of health of its influence area, to offer attention of integral health, of quality, efficiency and justness that it allows to contribute to the good one to live off the population of the Canton Pichincha. Likewise, of conformity to the evaluation of the internal check of the operative processes that develops the District, you could detect that: The nonexistence of an administrative manual of procedures, hinders the revision, analysis, evaluation pursuit of the administrative and operative processes, in reason that has not been structured and implemented in the Institution for the development of the administrative administration. Also, one cannot make an effective revision, analysis, evaluation and pursuit of the execution of the strategic planning, in reason that their structure has not been upgraded and implemented in the Institution for the development of its administrative administration. Therefore the officials manifest that there is not a strategic; they ignore which it is the mission, vision, objectives, strategies and the action plans. |
