| Итог: | The present research analyzes “Administrative management and its impact on the profitability of the Choco Unión Cooperative, Quinindé canton, 2024.” The main objective was to determine how management affects the profitability of the cooperative. A mixed methodological approach was applied, with a quantitative predominance and qualitative support, through surveys of members and collaborators, as well as an interview with the manager, which made it possible to identify the current situation of the company and interpret the administrative management indicators. The results showed weaknesses in staff training, internal communication, and process control, which limit operational efficiency. In the financial field, an increase in indebtedness (29% to 35%) and leverage (1.41 to 1.53) was evidenced, associated with external financing and productive modernization, which directly impacts the productivity of the cooperative. The comprehensive analysis revealed that there is a relationship between administrative management and profitability, since shortcomings in planning, internal control, and strategic management affect financial results. In conclusion, it is recommended to strengthen human talent training, implement rigorous internal control, and consolidate administrative management strategies that promote the cooperative’s operational efficiency, financial efficiency, sustainability, and transparency. |
