Analysis was made to the current situation of the Company CARSEG HUNTER S.A BRANCH QUEVEDO, in order to determine problems existent, this information it was presented in the results by means of figures with itsrespective tabulation and analysis, later on the areas were identified that conform the organizational structure of the Company, for that which a flowchart of the same one was elaborated. He/she was carried out an analysis and description of on information that I help to the design of the manual of functions where the activities and responsibilities were specified in each one of the positions as well as the processes that are developed in the Company giving the most outstanding in the interview carried out with the collaborators of the Company CARSEG HUNTER S.A BRANCH QUEVEDO as a result, he/she is discovered that it exists a majority that ignores their functions inside this entity, 50% of the employees they have labor overload since they carry out activities that don't correspond to their position, because a delimitation of responsibilities doesn't exist in the activities that are carried out in position, 60% of the administrative collaborators they have never received induction course, considering that they are not established functions and responsibilities its descriptive of functions, the investigation it is not delineated he/she gives as a result in general concise for the existence of a manual of functions that it allows optimar the human resource and to optimize the service inside the Company. The manual of functions constitutes a valuable instrument of managerial administration that allows that the collaborators in the different hierarchical levels of the organic structure have clarity and full knowledge of its functional competition and responsibility at level of each work position.
