In a meeting maintained with the Administrator of the Company, it was verified several negative aspects that were presenting for the ignorance of their work positions, when not possessing a manual of functions, among these it could stand out, assignment of responsibilities without capacity to carry out them, loss of time when offering solutions to situations that otherwise should be analyzed, evaluated and solved by the responsible employee every time that you/they are presented, besides not having in clear their functions and that that to newspaper, the whole personnel carries out the same functions. Analysis was made to the current situation of the Company CARSEG HUNTER S.A BRANCH QUEVEDO, in order to determine problems existent, this information it was presented in the results by means of figures with itsrespective tabulation and analysis, later on the areas were identified that conform the organizational structure of the Company, for that which a flowchart of the same one was elaborated. He/she was carried out an analysis and description of on information that I help to the design of the manual of functions where the activities and responsibilities were specified in each one of the positions as well as the processes that are developed in the Company giving the most outstanding in the interview carried out with the collaborators of the Company CARSEG HUNTER S.A BRANCH QUEVEDO as a result, he/she is discovered that it exists a majority that ignores their functions inside this entity, 50% of the employees they have labor overload since they carry out activities that don't correspond to their position, because a delimitation of responsibilities doesn't exist in the activities that are carried out in position, 60% of the administrative collaborators they have never received induction course, considering that they are not established functions and responsibilities its descriptive of functions, the investigation it is not delineated he/she gives as a result in general concise for the existence of a manual of functions that it allows optimar the human resource and to optimize the service inside the Company. The manual of functions constitutes a valuable instrument of managerial administration that allows that the collaborators in the different hierarchical levels of the organic structure have clarity and full knowledge of its functional competition and responsibility at level of each work position.

Cuenta con la tecnología de licenciante Lo Jack Corp. La cual fue seleccionada para proteger vehículos que transportan materiales de alto riesgo en los EE.UU., y gracias a esta red inalámbrica computarizada, ha sido posible tener el 98% de efectividad comprobada en todas las recuperaciones. En Quevedo las oficinas de CARSEG S.A. HUNTER se encuentra ubicada en la avenida Walter Andrade Fajardo y la Quinta ciudadela San José Sur, en la ciudad tiene aproximadamente 9 años brindando este servicio, la señora Carolina Silva González ocupa el cargo de Jefe de agencia. Su oficina principal está ubicada en la ciudad de Guayaquil en la Cdla. Vernaza Norte Mz. H Solares 2,7 y 8 atrás del Mall del Sol, inicio sus actividades el 3 de junio de 1993. En una reunión mantenida con la Administradora de la Empresa, se constató varios aspectos negativos que se estaban presentando por el desconocimiento de sus puestos de trabajo, al no poseer un manual de funciones, entre estos se pudo destacar, asignación de responsabilidades sin capacidad para realizarlas, pérdida de tiempo al brindar soluciones a situaciones que de otra manera deberían ser analizadas, evaluadas y resueltas por el empleado responsable cada vez que se presenten, además de no tener en claro sus funciones y lo que a diario, todo el personal realiza las mismas funciones. Se hizo un análisis a la situación actual de la Empresa CARSEG HUNTER S.A SUCURSAL QUEVEDO, a fin de determinar problemas existentes, dicha información se presentara en los resultados mediante figuras con su respectiva tabulación y análisis, posteriormente se identificaron las áreas que conforman la estructura organizacional de la Empresa, para lo cual se elaboró un organigrama de la misma. Se realizó un análisis y descripción de puestos, información que ayudo al diseño del manual de funciones en donde se especificaron las actividades y responsabilidades en cada uno de los cargos así como también los procesos que se desarrollan en la Empresa dando como resultado los más relevante de la entrevista realizadas con los colaboradores de la Empresa CARSEG HUNTER S.A SUCURSAL QUEVEDO,se descubre que existe una mayoría que desconoce sus funciones dentro de dicha entidad, el 50% de los empleados tienen sobrecarga laboral por cuanto realizan actividades que no corresponden a su cargo, debido a que no existe una delimitación de responsabilidades en las actividades que se realizan en cargo, el 60% de los colaboradores administrativo nunca han recibido curso de inducción, considerando que no están establecidas funciones y responsabilidades no está delineado su descriptivo de funciones, la investigación da como resultado en conceso general para la existencia de un manual de funciones que permita optimar el recurso humano y optimizar el servicio dentro de la Empresa.
