| Sumari: | The purpose of this study was to analyze the PRODUTEQ organic fertilizer produced and marketed by the public company of the UTEQ, which has as its main base: rice sieve, peanut peel, raft sawdder, cow and horse manure and Bacteria Plus 1. For the identification of macro, micro nutrients and microorganisms present in the fertilizer, a total of 7 samples were collected, from which chemical and microbiological analyses were performed. The chemical analysis was carried out by the Pichilingue-INIAP Tropical Experimental Station, the same one that gives as results for macronutrients to Nitrogen with 0.70% with the highest value and the lowest value to Sulfur at 0.10%, in relation to micronutrients is Iron with 876 ppm being the highest and Copper with 34 ppm as the lowest value. The microbiological analysis lasted approximately 20 days and was carried out by the VALMAC Clinical Laboratory located in Lago Agrio, for which in vitro culture of fertilizer samples were established with thioglicolate liquid agar, which by its components has the nutritional quality of soy triptein broth, the samples were kept at temperatures between 28oC and 37oC. The species were identified by morphological observation and automated with the VITEK 2 bacterial identification system. GN-271 negative gram sensitivity cards were used for enterobacteria recognition. Based on this, the number of bacteria found are those belonging to the Bacilo Gram-negative group in UFC (Cologne Forming Units) Enterobacter aerogenes, Escherichia coli, Raoutella ornithinolytica and Sphingomona luteola. To distinguish the presence of fungi AST- YSO8 identification cards and AST - N271 cards were used respectively, so large colonies of the species Aspergillus niger were found.
