| Resumo: | Street vendors of prepared foods Vinces Central Market and surrounding areas, streets: Bolívar, Sucre, Balzar, Olmedo, August 10; part of the economy of this city, the location where they are traders, this activity is likely to exercise in unsanitary conditions.Chapter I, formulates the problems in terms of street vendors and their impact on public health of Vinces, whose aim is to relocate them in order to help improve their quality of life. Posing a hypothesis if the appropriates location of the vendors improves public hygiene.Chapter II , we found that plasma methodology in order to objectives a conceptual view of the nature of the research, which is based tacitly legal basis in the Constitution, the National Plan for Good Living , and other standards that provide legal relationship to this research.Inductive, deductive methods and techniques such as direct observation and surveys were used to collect the necessary information and perform data analysis to meet the existing reality about the current situation of street vendors in Chapter III. For surveys INEC census population was considered with projection to 2015, giving a product of 376 people, which was divided into consumer surveys of vendors of prepared foods, and interviews with two officials from the Municipal Government.With a vision of the reality of street vendors, Chapter IV, can take as proposed solution relocating these informal traders in an environment conducive to the sale of its products space, adopting basic and standard measures to preserve the hygiene of your environment and the preparation and sale of food, this measure allows the space in the street have free access benefiting pedestrians and street vendors, in addition, the trade organization of the same concomita improvement in quality of life each person, involving them in finding spaces in the care of the municipal administrations and state institutions. |
