| Ամփոփում: | The administrative management of human talent plays an important role in the activities carried out by an institution, due to the use of tools and strategies that promote the efficient growth not only of the institution but also the level of professional satisfaction of the staff that is part of the institution when administrative management is combined with human talent, resulting in an optimal level of job performance. The present research was developed in the State Technical University of Quevedo, which is located in the city of Quevedo, Province of Los Ríos; to carry out this research was sampled those who make up the administrative staff and workers giving a total of 177 servers, in addition to the instruments of surveys and interviews that are relevant to the development, the documentary research aims to extract the information corresponding to the organization of human talent, aspects of job performance. Its objective is to analyze the incidence of the administrative management of human talent in the work performance of administrative personnel and workers of the State Technical University of Quevedo. Among its specific objectives is to identify the current situation of the administrative management system of human talent, diagnose the level of job performance of employees and workers, and know the strategies of human talent management, according to the needs of the different areas of the UTEQ. The research helped to examine several alternatives in the course of the work to establish the time, place and indispensable tools to obtain excellent results through the participation of public servants.
