| Sumario: | This project was focused on the demand in the market Quevedo consumption of traditional ice cream based pitahaya which a small sample of the inhabitants of the parish October 7 belonging to the Canton Quevedo was taken to see the acceptance of the same. For the development of this project we chapters helped define the parts of the research, the first chapter reestablished define the problem to which we will give solution in addition to the objectives effectively allowed for research established which are: determining demand, development of a technical study and determination of investment costs by an economic study. In the second chapter about the subject investigated, in addition to the legal foundation that allowed establishing the regulations to which we are subject as micro framework was developed. Finally, the third chapter proceeded to develop the objectives as follows: unmet demand for ice pan base dragon fruit was determined by applying a questionnaire survey, which was us well regarding aspects artisanal ice cream-based pan pitahaya. Consequently a technical study in which the location was established microenterprise was elaborated, which was in the parish October 7th Av. And 4th-Walter Andrade. Finally the economic study determined the investment costs totaling $ 12.004,45 which were own investment business owner and were divided into the following items: Fixed Assets $ 9,952.85; Other Assets $481; $ 1,111.50 administrative cats; Advertising Expenses General Expenses $ 50.00 and $ 409.10. At the end of the investigation's conclusions they were drawn showing the fulfillment of the objective which state that this project is presented as a feasible initiative to implement a small business that captivate the expectations of people, producing a good quality product at affordable prices to the public and they will have a great success for them.
