The purpose of the project is to encourage the development of the growth mindset and promote the learning of being, it is intended to promote the use of these strategies as a tool that can serve as a guide of information and knowledge to teachers, seeking to improve educational quality by being of benefit to students and society and teachers. At the end of the project, it was determined that it is necessary to develop training on the subject of "Growth Mindset" to promote the learning of being, because teachers do not determine the type of mentality in high school students or take into account the development of being by teaching their classes throughout the elective year. It is recommended to implement the “Growth Mindset” techniques throughout the entire school year to further impact the necessary attitudinal aspects that lead to better academic performance in students. It is recommended to give training workshops on the subject for all members that make up the educational community; This in order to be able to adopt the “Growth Mindset” techniques, the development of activities focused on their type of mindset will have a significant impact on the students
