Plan de marketing para los centros infantiles del buen vivir (CIBV) – INFA en la cuidad de Quevedo, año 2013 - 2016

The Children's Center of Good Living "CIBV" in our state has been very important in providing a solution to one of the biggest social problems of our state as is the lack of childcare in marginal rural areas of our country, providing a great contribution to the existence and survival of the Ecuadorian family, which is why it is essential to develop a marketing plan to improve the services provided by Children's Centres of Good Living "CIBV"-INFA, in the city of Quevedo, Year 2013 , 2016. For better understanding of this thesis I have developed as follows: developing a detailed study established in different aspect in relation to the marketing environment, and social and cultural environments, management, market research, advertising and other aspects inherent to how to improve the services of the Children's Centers of Good Living "CIBV", INFA, as well as budget development and marketing plan. The investment is considered CIBV opening 14 in the city of Quevedo for up to 102 children. But the cost of operation of these centers is $ 355,661. This holds a grand total of $ 297,335 investment. That would be the MIES-INFA budget should be allocated to this project. Applying a benchmark interest rate of 11.2%, the NPV and the IRR was determined that both the net present value and internal rate of return are favorable to this project. reaching conclusions set as it is essential for the survival and existence of the Ecuadorian family to family support programs created such as Children's Centres of Good Living "CIBV", INFA, since they have allowed both the father and home mother can continue working and thus obtain income, with the reassurance that their children are in a safe place where they are given appropriate optimal care for their complete integral, vital being the reality that There are lots of marginal sectors that require the existence of such center.
