| Περίληψη: | Was assessed using two methods of extracting phytochemicals from ginger (Zingiber officinale L.), Oreganón (Plectranthus amboinicus) and nettle (Urtica dioica), for the in-vitro control of the monilla (Moniliophtora rorreri Cif & Par), in the Laboratory of Rumiologia in the area of Microbiology, where a design was used in accordance with randomized factorial 3 x 2 + 1 with 7 treatments and 4 replications with the purpose of identifying the method and extract more efficient control of the fungus M. roreri. Analyzing the use of two methods of extraction is observed that the method of maceration with stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) extract He appeared to be more efficient in controlling in-vitro monilla (Moniliophtora rorreri Cif & Par), in the same way the T7 (maceration of nettle) It dominated other treatments to lower radial growth of the fungus with 12.75 mm to the 168 hours of planting, while the largest percentage of inhibition of the fungus on the fungal control the monilla presents this infusion with 76,69% and in terms of the summary extraction method the most efficient was ortiga with 84,09% inhibition. |
