La estructura organizacional y su incidencia en el desempeño laboral del personal de la Dirección Regional de Gestión para Puerto Quito y Pedro Vicente Maldonado del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la provincia de Pichincha, año 2015

This thesis was conducted at the Regional Management Puerto Quito and Pedro Vicente Maldonado Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Province of Pichincha, to redesign its organizational structure and improve job performance through manual functions that allow better performance in their daily work, identifying hierarchical levels and functional organization. Continuing processes could determine the problems of the institution, only to see the importance of this research topic which will set the goals set by the company, are achievable and measurable, then work with the development and fieldwork relying material bibliographic texts and internet and then get through research techniques surveys and interviews to obtain results to conclude and recommend and verify their hypotheses. To conclude this investigation the proposed solution which involved the development of a manual of functions and redesign its organizational structure thus better enabling job satisfaction developed in their jobs knowing so further their functions, improving employee performance, obtaining encouraging results, for the benefit of the institution, fulfilling their processes of public administration and providing quality goods and services in an efficient, effective and timely
