Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The research work is a quantitative and qualitative study in which we intend to establish how important the institutional communication of the Education Unit "Juan Leon Mera", designing a strategic plan for the improvement of the technical area of that institution. The main objective to raise this research work is to involve the authorities, faculty, staff and service, on the assessment of the activities performed on site, helping to identify problems and opportunities. This project is developed in the hypothesis: the creation of a strategic plan in the educational unit "Juan Leon Mera" successfully contributes in improving the technical area and the quality of education. According to the study results they established the need to design a strategic plan to improve education quality, determining goals, activities and actions that positively affect the organization of the Education Unit and thus enhance teaching.... |
