Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | This research project will reveal the importance of the nursing role in health promotion, prevention of sexual and reproductive health to reduce teenage pregnancies between 15 and 19 years of age attending the Program for Comprehensive Care and Hospital Differentiated El Empalme during the first quarter of 2013 period . The proposed methodology was descriptive -analytic which enabled us to discover and describe the reality in which teens live , using statistical formulas a sample of 127 young people in a population of 1607 people was obtained , we use the survey as an assessment tool by which adolescents indicated that 75% do not think that nurses do their work as educators , as well as indicating they would like to belong to a " teen Club " to get information about your questions as the Hospital not have one. Bibliography in the proper development of the theoretical framework to help us understand the concepts necessary for the project was used , the causes of the problems between them was established lack of planning , ignorance , disinterest , etc. . , The hypotheses were be properly developed , giving as a result that nurses do not comply fully with their their role as educators for various reasons such as lack of nursing staff , and the little training they receive, which is why the recommendations and conclusions are indicated options to improve this work further by developing the proposal could ensure that the plan of lectures can mitigate the lack of knowledge concerning adolescent sexual and reproductive lives by strengthening the work of nurses. |
