La ética como herramienta eficaz para la administración de justicia y su incidencia en el ejercicio profesional

This research project ETHICS AS A TOOLFOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE AND ITS IMPACT ON THE PRACTICE where the generalities of ethics and the administration of justice is expressed. The "Ethics" is intended to regulate the activities undertaken in the framework of a profession. In this sense, it is a discipline that is included in applied ethics as it relates to a specific part of reality. However, professional ethics may be, somehow, in the Codes that regulate a professional activity. The Ethics is part of what is known as normative ethics and presents a series of principles and rules binding. The task of administering justice matter for the judiciary and is exercised by the courts and tribunals that make it according to the constitution and laws, and the Public Ministry is autonomous state body whose main function the defense of legality, citizens' rights and public interests, ensuring public morals; prosecuting, ensuring the independence of the judiciary and the proper administration of justice. Theories related to the variables that contributed to legal and doctrinal foundation of the project were investigated. The methodology used in this project was based on research methods for collecting data was the same as were ordained and duly prosecuted; information that was used to propose a solution to the problem. Besides interviews and surveys of which the conclusions and recommendations.
