| Summary: | Administrative management is essential for the development of a company, because it provides strategic tools that influence organizational development, where they mediate the internal processes that require good guidelines to achieve the proposed goals. As part of the system of internal procedures, job performance is key to business success, because it is human talent that is responsible for putting each strategic area into operation. That is why the objective of this research is to carry out an evaluation of the impact of administrative management on the work performance of employees of commercial appliance companies in the Quevedo canton, year 2023. This study aims to analyze the elements that surround the problem, which undoubtedly affects the profitability of organizations, starting from carrying out a serious investigation committed to presenting real results and thus making the conclusions and recommendations of the case. It is then that methods (descriptive, inductive, deductive and statistical) are proposed, as well as techniques and instruments (interviews and surveys) that facilitate obtaining primary information, since they helped to understand the reality faced by the administrative management of commercial companies. of household appliances with respect to job performance. The results obtained demonstrated that strategic, operational and regulatory planning have a level of compliance of 63.16% by administrators and 50.53% by workers. The procedures used are based on the administrative functions of planning, organization, direction and control. The factors that affect performance are; communication, motivation, integration, participation, collaboration and training, which allow improving negotiation and leadership skills. Administrative management has presented good work performance to achieve the stated objectives, but they require focusing their strategies to improve communication, cooperation and work participation factors. The results of Cronbach's Alpha demonstrated a reliability of 0.983 in the information provided by managers and 0.990 in employees; That is to say, there is correlation in the instruments analyzed. |
