إضافة وسم | الملخص: | The present investigation was to conduct a Business Plan for Creating a Training Center and Leveling General Competencies in the City of Quevedo. To research development methodology based on field research, exploratory and descriptive applied; - Synthetic, Inductive, Deductive and method of analysis, the same that facilitated the rise of relevant data through surveys for determining the Analytical work: in the same way as employed methods. The results of the market study allowed to determine the existence of an estimable future unmet demand for training services, highlighting that 96% of respondents indicated the favorable acceptance of business creation, yielding criteria requirements, customer requirements, allowing you to confirm that the project is viable. The technical study established service features, pricing, distribution channels, advertising, promotion, size and engineering aspects of the project as essential for the care and operation of the Centre. A marketing plan was developed and a plan of operations for the good performance of business activities which consists of mission, vision, goals, organization was developed. The financial study indicates that the required investment totaled $ 32.559,41 of which 69.89% are fixed investment, the 13.35% to 9.35% deferred investment in working capital and 7.41% for contingencies. The profitability indicators are obtained VAN 13947.23 worth IRR is 26% and RB / C 1.43, values confirm that the project is convenient. Finally the conclusions and recommendations of the study, the same as indicated by the results of the investigation that the project is profitable are presented, and the implementation and operation of the Centre in the city of Quevedo is proposed. |
