Ejecución de una auditoria administrativa para la optimizacion de la gestión en la cooperativa de transportes interprovincial de pasajeros la mana durante el periodo del 01 de julio al 31 de diciembre del 2010

The Cooperativa de Transporte Interprovincial de Pasjeros "La Maná" (Figure 1.1), was born on August 15, 1978 with ministerial agreement 10 - 99 and registered in the Cooperatives Directorate on August 16 of the same year, is dedicated to the transport of people and parcels through the different routes and to the destinations granted. This research work addresses the evaluation of the influence of the administrative management that has been developed in the same, in the results of the administrative audit to be executed in it. The general hypothesis that such influence is negative was handled, having verified it through the specific ones, each related to the indicators of the variable “Administrative Management”, namely, direction, organization, planning and control. The results of the administrative audit carried out indicated that they did not satisfy the organizational requirements, in terms of administrative management. Taking this into account, a proposal consisting of an Administrative Management Improvement Plan was prepared, aimed at mitigating or eliminating the detected nonconformities, including a Functions Manual, ratifying the existing structural organization chart and proposing changes in the mission and vision, to that these cover all the elements that its construction must contain, including the environmental dimension, which is absent in the current ones.
