要約:The present investigation had as purpose to carry out an administrative audit to the Cooperative of Transports Intraprovincial “Jesus of the Great one to be able to”, year 2012. The main reasons that induced to carry out this work were: the absence of internal check systems, incoherence in the objectives and procedures, the insecurity and the annoyance in the public transportation and lack of an administrative audit that he/she allows to give execution according to the questionnaire of applied Internal check, the same one that is based in the 20 principles of the low Internal check the pattern SEWS; the Cooperative maintains a Confidence level on the controls applied in the entity of 77%, causing 12% of Level of Risk of Control; the level of obtained Internal check allows us to conclude that the confidence level is high, while the level risk is low. Also, by means of the analysis carried out in this audit, it could be proven that the Cooperative manages the traditional system of the administration based on the empiric procedures, and in agreement with the administrative system managed by the entity were proven the different activities that are carried out in the institution. The results of the applied survey demonstrated us that in their majority, the users are not satisfied with the services that it offers the valued entity; the obtained approach, motivates us to conclude that the institution doesn't have services of quality to satisfy the necessities of the clients. The administration indicators demonstrated that the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations that it develops the Cooperative of Transports Intraprovincial “Jesus of the Great one to be able to” employee during the year 2012, it presents a percentage of: efficiency 91, 67%, effectiveness 89, 13%.
