| Summary: | This research to have as main objective to develop a manual for intercultural training of administrative personnel DIPOR Company SA aimed mainly at improving the knowledge and skills of staff in each of the areas and thus achieve the highest level of productivity and profitability. Therefore Enterprises today require renew the features and benefits of the products offered in the market in order to gain the attention and interest of your customers, because in the middle there is strong competition from products that offer similar features at a lower price. The study made it possible to identify the existence of a weak management by the sales staff, still a major lack of plans and training programs, which do not allow staff to keep up with the innovations of certain products, lack of a manual of functions and responsibilities, inadequate incentive programs and additional materials delayed it necessary for the sales process, creating an unpleasant work environment among its staff. Top Management Company S.A. DIPOR concerned about the decline in sales in recent months the intervention of this research has been deemed necessary, as it believes that the staff lacks constantly trained and apply sales techniques to enable it meet the goals set by the company, therefore it considers that by this study may provide an effective training plan that promotes and generates a positive attitude in your sales force to increase changes in the level of revenue for the company. Finally, we tried with this work to ensure that the distribution company importing DIPOR SA, cultivate a culture of prevention, provide a safe work and its harmful health risks are controlled or mitigated to the welfare of their workers, which could positively impact their performance, increase productivity, grow professionally and above all to have a decent job to protect him. |
