Auditoría administrativa y su relación con el nivel de desempeño de la empresa photo flash, cantón Quevedo, año 2012. Quevedo.

This research project is focused on the performance of the company PHOTO FLASH, during the period 2012; this audit work aims to analyze from the perspective of the administrative audit all the components that involve the planning, implementation, direction and control of the activities; this project answers the question of the main problem of the investigation. What is the relationship between a management audits with the level of performance in the company Photo Flash, canton Quevedo, 2012? This research consists of a part or documentary theory and practice. It is considered by documentary that its objective was reached with the application of theories or order proposals generally already in existence. In addition, is considered to be practical because the necessary information, to achieve the objective, was obtained directly from the reality. The implementation of this work, included the evaluation of internal control by means of a questionnaire of internal control, taking as a result the company maintains a level of trust on the controls in the entity of 80.65 %, leading to a 19.35 % level of control risk. According to the analysis performed in this audit, we were able to verify that the company handles the traditional system of administration based on the empirical processes, and in accordance with the administrative system managed by the entity evidenced the different activities that are performed in the institution. Recommendation arises as the establishment of a mechanism of an administrative nature that allows you to achieve the vision, mission and objectives; in such a way that it will accomplish in an efficient manner with the administrative processes which have been set up in the entity, finally, the paper suggests that the company Photo Flash must be subjected to a plan of improvement in the quality of the services that involve the institutional renewal, this as part of the criterion of administrative staff interviewed; in order to comply with institutional goals focused on the quality and service excellence.
