In the city of La Maná, a study will be carried out on a citizen mobility management system and its impact on the inhabitants since they are part of the urban transport sector. Currently the population is affected by a global pandemic called (covid- 19). Fact that has led to the taking of a plan of sanitary biosafety measures in several companies and in turn in the urban transport sector. In this sense, in the urban transport company "Busrut", in the diagnosis made to the citizens of the La Mana canton, a weak compliance with biosafety regulations regarding the use of transportation was observed, so this investigation is fully justified to determine the management of citizen mobility and the implementation of a plan of biosecurity measures. Its current situation and the evolution of an adequate sanitary control in urban transport and its incidence in the inhabitants of the city of La Maná, year 2020, will be analyzed. As a final point, the proposed biosecurity measures plan aims to apply appropriate protocols in different areas of the company, constant training in the area of health and safety in order to protect the safety, health and well-being of citizens. Also implement dissemination and promotion strategies to make the community aware of the service and biosecurity measures adapted in urban transport and that deal with the spread of the virus.
