Análisis operacional en el proceso de construcción de secadoras de grano en la “mecánica industrial agrotecnia” del cantón Quevedo, año 2014

This research entitled: "OPERATIONAL ANALYSIS IN THE PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTION OF GRAIN DRYER IN THE" INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC AGROTECNIA "CANTON QUEVEDO, 2014" gave to the expectations of improvement of this process in this company. Where the specific objectives of the research were applied primary operational analysis approaches to the construction process grain drying in the company "Mechanical Industrial AGROTECNIA", describe the method of actual work for the process, describe the work method proposed the process, represented by a flow chart of the process and flow / path to the proposed method and perform a hierarchical analysis of the proposed improvements. Whereupon, the development of a contextual framework in which the research problem is presented, served as guide the way forward in achieving results related to acquired cognitive level versus the proposed contribution in production, therefore the he problem with the following question: ¿adequate operational analysis in the process of building grain dryers in the "Mechanical Industrial AGROTECNIA" will increase production at the company?. The situation with regard to operational analysis in building grain dryers, mainly manifests that the current time is designated for the fulfillment of production activities is insufficient; this is evidenced as 50.00% of respondents said staff. The study showed that the current method 2400 minutes are needed for the construction of a grain dryer, this affects labor productivity of dryers 0.00246 / man-hours. The proposed method for the analysis of the construction process of grain drying machines showed that 1920 minutes are needed for the construction of a grain dryer, this affects labor productivity of dryers 0.00313 / man hours, meaning an increase of 26.92% drying / man-hours. The hierarchical analysis concluded mainly in the development of plans in AutoCAD software.
