The analysis was based on the study of variables as rates of nonperforming loans, collection policies, payment agreements, quality of drinking water, drinking water prices. For this information collection methods such as user survey of drinking water in which it was determined the main causes for maintaining outstanding debt to the company, the perception of the quality of water used and quality warm service, scope of potable water. Moreover, the interview was conducted with the authorities of the GAD-Quevedo and the directors of the Public Company of Water and Sewer of Quevedo Canton to know your view on NPLs currently presents the company. Based on these methods and analysis of information provided by the GAD-Quevedo was found a high rate of nonperforming loans is affecting the management of the company, there are no policies governing the proceeding against this aggravating, there is no structure Price defined based on consumption.
