Description
Résumé:The present research project was carried out during the period from January 2017 to July 2017, at the San Alejandro farm of 2 ha of surface area, located in the Recreo del Cóngo Campus, Cantón Buena Fe, Province of Los Ríos, property of Ms. Paula Vallejo, the Cacao plantation CCN-51 was 7 years old, and the National Cacao, Banana and Cacao CCN-51 borders were located there. This research aimed to compare two frequencies of removal of diseased fruits to mitigate moniliasis, where the diseased fruits were counted in 2 useful plants of each CCN-51 cocoa treatment, in this way a comparison of the effect of different doses of organic biostimulant based on microorganisms where it was observed that the dose had the greatest effect and the best economic performance. Where treatments were determined to present the best dose of the organic biostimulant and the highest yield in kg / ha, the treatments were distributed in the field under a completely randomized design with a factorial arrangement in three replications. The averages were subjected to Duncan's test at 95% probability for the comparison between the means of the treatments, where treatment 1 with removal every 8 days in doses of 2 l / ha with 1.8 cm3 / plant every 35 days obtained the lowest number of sick fruits with an average of 45.36 in comparison with treatment 9 in doses of 0 l / ha that obtained a negative effect reaching a greater average of 73.00 of sick fruits. Since in the second harvest (6th to 10th) 7 fruits were observed more than the control with removal every 8 days, this same behavior was recorded in the biostimulant when 4 l / ha was applied. The combined treatment with the removal every 8 days and 2 l / ha of biostimulant produced 24 fruits more than the absolute control. While the yield per hectare valued in the investigation period, with the removal every 8 days was 30 kg / ha more than the control, while with the biostimulant was recorded 216 kg / ha more than the treatment without biostimulant. KEY WORDS: Frequency of removals, biostimulant and cocoa CCN-51.
