סיכום:The research was conducted at the farm "Envy" owned by Mr. Joseph Aquilino Bazurto Velez, located at Km 20 road Quevedo - Babahoyo, whose geographical location is 01o 6 'height and 79th South 29' west longitude, was aimed at investigating the effects of planting density and nitrogen fertilizer application in sesame. (Sesamum indicum L). We used the design of randomized complete block design (RCBD) with 16 treatments and 4 repetitions, we evaluated the plant height to, 30, 50, 70 and 90 days, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per capsules, 1000 grain weight in grams, yield per plot in grams. Grain yield in kilograms per hectare. According to the results, it was observed that the height at 30, 50, 70 and 90 days there were no statistical differences only numerical differences. In regard to the number of capsules per plant in the interaction of the treatments showed significant differences still better treatment of Factor A (seeding) A2. Rows = 80 cm x 30 cm. between plants with an average of 242.87 pods per plant. Regarding the number of seeds per capsule did not show statistical differences, with the largest values for the treatment of Factor A (seeding) A4. Rows = 80 cm x 15 cm. between floors. with an average of 55.75 seeds per capsule. With respect to the 1000 grain weight in grams is presented numerical differences, with the largest values for the treatment of Factor A (seeding) A4. = A2. Rows = 80 cm x 30 cm. between floors. with an average of 24.95 grams. Regarding performance of the treatments showed only numerical differences, the best treatment was the combination T6 (a2 x b2) with an average of 1247.50 grams 12m2 obtaining a yield per hectare of 1039.75 pounds, these results exceed with those obtained by NATURLAND.
