Etiketle | Özet: | The present investigation was realized it in the Faculty of Enterprise Sciences, with the unique intention to contribute to the improvement of this one Academic Unit as far as the organization of the archives that rest in the different offices from the faculty. With investigation determined that necessity exists excellent of organization since due to many factors exists accumulation of archives which does not contribute in much to the order of this Academic Unit, reason why is necessary the implementation of a file office, which will allow the descongestionamiento of documents in the offices. It is very evident that a high percentage of necessity of qualification for the personnel in charge to the treatment of the documentation exists, since the Secretariats or Secretaries must be properly informed on the basic techniques into classification of documents to realise with order, efficiency and effectiveness their tasks; considering that these techniques are of much importance. So that this happens is necessary to count on the participation of the direct superiors the same that must manage seminaries factories so that its personnel can update knowledge. |
