| Ամփոփում: | In the public sector, compliance with the law is the absolute responsibility of all officials who work in it, therefore, keeping track of its full compliance and transparency prevails is of vital importance. In the present investigation, a Compliance Audit was carried out and its impact on the indicators of efficiency and effectiveness in the Management of Human Talent of the Provincial Decentralized Autonomous Government of Los Ríos, in the year 2021, being this a public institution, addressed to the service of the riosense community. Problems have been detected in terms of compliance with current laws, therefore this audit was carried out in its three phases: planning, execution and communication of results, with the methods: inductive, deductive, analytical and statistical, as well as through the results obtained through research techniques, such as interviews and surveys, the same ones that were carried out on the director and other employees who work in Human Talent Management, in order to identify the problems encountered. The results obtained indicate that there is a moderate level of compliance with the laws, although with great shortcomings in the area of Occupational Health and safety. |
