| Summary: | This research is conducted in order to determine the relationship of corporate social responsibility with the business processes of the food industry Oriental CIA. Ltda., Quevedo Canton, to effect a field study was implemented on the premises of the company, with the specific aim of analyzing the current situation of human talent and its impact on operational processes, just identify the degree of responsibility corporate social human talent in the development of operational processes, this by surveys of 46 employees of the company. Another aspect was to identify the administrative tools that are used to address the human resources in the development of these processes, it interviewed the Head of Human Resources industry. To achieve these objectives the types of field research and documentary were used, the first using the techniques of surveys and interviews, addressed respectively to employees and head of human talent in the company, the latter used it to cite information theory substantiate and strengthen the object of study, considering the variables of objectives. Through research methodology we were able to answer the questions and objectives, for it via the inductive, deductive and analytical methods were interpreted data obtained through surveys and interviews, which by analyzing results in order to be concluded study and found that there are obviously certain shortcomings and drawbacks affecting the operational processes of the food industry, including found that barely has promoted corporate social responsibility to workers in the industry, the staff is often irresponsible and not always fulfills the tasks in certain situations this problem is generated by internal conflicts between co-workers and poor relationships between superiors. Analyzing this context leads to the need for company managers to meet and find solutions to eradicate the problems that arise in personal, just as better mechanisms to optimize the development of business processes and are used in treating be kept informed and trained employees of the company to improve and maintain a proper working environment. |
