The main objective of this research is to implement a diagnosis in order to analyze the possibility that the city of Quevedo has to be considered as an Intelligent Tourist Destination (DTI), which during the development of the investigation will be called DTI, in order to further study In the background each of the strengths, opportunities, threats and weaknesses, a SWOT analysis was implemented, determining the gaps and potential that the canton currently has, a strategic plan was also structured, a baseline is proposed that allows the city to become In a smart tourist destination, for this diagnosis it is important to implement the 4 fundamental axes as ITD standards as part of the proposed strategic plan.
