The objectives were: • Develop a manual of functions to improve work performance and staff members of the Vestry of the Parish Moraspungo Moraspungo, Canton Pangua Cotopaxi Province. • Confirm which functions are carried each of its members in their jobs. • Develop the organizational structure of the Vestry of the Parish Moraspungo Moraspungo, Canton Pangua Cotopaxi Province. • Structuring the operating functions for the development of the members of the Vestry of the Parish Moraspungo Moraspungo, Canton Pangua Cotopaxi Province.
