Gestión administrativa y financiera y su incidencia en la rentabilidad de la empresa “Made” cantón Quevedo, año 2014

The development of this research project deals with administrative and financial management and its impact on profitability; it is aimed at the company's processing and marketing of agricultural machinery, "MADE" Agricultural Machinery of Ecuador. The specific objectives of this research were to identify weaknesses in administrative and financial processes, which could be seen to be evaluated changes that occur in the company and in this way verify whether the results are being proposed by the company; Set factors affecting profitability levels, are able to observe and analyze the organizational structure of the company in which it was found to be in general studies with internal and external personnel of the factory; Propose a structure for administrative and financial management in order to increase profits, a structure of administrative and financial capacity to fulfill the objectives, strategies, applying new policies to improve internal administrative processes management is necessary. With regard to technical research study it was stated that the management controls fully comply with the established goals, so the staff can not capture the same idea, it is important to note that the primary data were collected directly from the high Management, in which the respective interview was conducted, and the administrative staff and customers of the company underwent a series of surveys which allowed to determine how the company is internally and thus verify the issues raised.
