The administrative, economic and financial management is an aspect of modern administration of transcendence for the good progress of the companies, for this reason it constitutes a tool in the execution of activities of planning, organization, execution, control and finances of the main actions to be deployed by the administrators. The administrative, economic and financial management research project becomes an important opportunity because it promotes business development by gathering the necessary information for preventive and corrective action taking processes, which will directly benefit the owners of the company and the people who work in it. The study includes a methodology based on analytical and deductive methods; in addition, descriptive research was used for the collection of primary information by means of surveys to the company's employees. The results reveal a culture of strategic planning within the company, strong environmental development programs and active involvement of different departments in annual planning. The SWOT analysis highlights strengths such as product range and market reputation, along with opportunities such as demand for advisory services. The financial analysis indicates stable asset growth, but emphasizes the importance of cost control and fiscal management for long-term profitability. Recommendations include implementing effective communication policies, investing in staff training and encouraging innovation to remain competitive.
