This thesis on the theme “Environmental crime and promoting citizen participation", whose objective was to raise a proposed amendment to Article 10 of the Law on Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution, performed the thesis plan and methodological issues and regulations established by Quevedo State Technical University, Faculty of Law.
