The research has been structured in six chapters: The first one deals with the problem of research, and the justification, with the general objective of: Presenting a reform to Title VI, Book II, Chapter III, of the Penal Code "Of abandonment of persons ", Regarding the applications of the Penalties in the Judgment of the Crime of Abandonment and attempting against the life of the infant (girl, boy), either by legal investigation. The third chapter describes the methodology used in the research, the methods applied to fulfill the objectives set, the type of research, the population, the sample, the techniques and instruments and the findings found in the research.
