The third chapter describes the methodology used in the research, the methods applied to fulfill the objectives set, the type of research, the population, the sample, the techniques and instruments and the findings found in the research. In the fourth chapter the hypothesis is checked through the results obtained in the research, which are reflected in the versions of the interviews conducted
