Elaboración de la estructura organizacional para mejorar el desempeño del personal de la fábrica de pallets la esperanza del cantón Quevedo, año 2013.

The present investigation sets out the elaboration of an organizational structure and functions and procedures manual for Pallets Factory "Hope", the same that was held at km. 6.5 road to Valencia in the Quevedo city, Los Rios Province with time duration of 180 days. For the development of the present investigation used methodology tools aimed at fulfilling the objectives. The design of the model part of the descriptive field research and which allowed knowing and describing the current status of the Hope Factory Pallets regarding the development, implementation and compliance processes. In the diagnosis made Pellets Factory Hope it was found that the structural forms and successional are up vertically and there is direct supervision by the owner of the Enterprise and the decisions were always taken only by him especially from empirical way. The results of the survey to according in the box No.4 shows that 100% of staff operational area not known whether the factory has a manual functions and procedures, and that the roles are daily previously indicated before signing the labor contract and is done verbally. Under these events were to complete the degree of importance to the Company an organizational structure with operating manuals and procedures, which is designed specifically in order to improve production processes
