Ejecución de una auditoria de gestión que permita aplicar métodos para la optimización de los recursos económicos del Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales del Cantón Quevedo, año 2009.

This research proposes a management audit for the administrative, financial and operational Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales del Cantón La Maná 2009, to assess the efficiency and effectiveness in the use of the resources of the organization and optimization human resources in the control area, further enable the institution and know the causes that can affect it and take necessary corrective measures in institutional benefit. The Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales del Cantón La Maná is responsible that aims to organize all professional drivers living in cantonal jurisdiction and does not belong to another union. The Union provides services in the School of Driving, Funeral Home, Barber, Gas Station and Insurance for members. The tracing and data collection was conducted based on methods and techniques of scientific research under the management audit approach, such as observation, interviews, surveys, document analysis and information obtained from primary and secondary sources ; thus confirmed and verified the hypothesis, the Management Audit will become the Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales del Cantón La Maná as a technical process to meet the administrative development and procedures for the use of financial and human resources in the programs, goals and objectives of the Union. The research contains the following parts to facilitate analysis and understanding: • The first chapter deals with the justification, formulation of objectives, the research problem, the approach of the hypothesis. • The second chapter develops the theoretical framework of the existing research contains information from previous studies on the subject, defining terminology, legal framework of the institution. • The third chapter addresses the methodological framework contains methods and techniques, population and sample, research instruments and processes and data collection used in the analysis of the problem. • The fourth chapter, refers to the interpretation of the results of field research and preparation of the audit report. • The fifth chapter contains conclusions and recommendations. The sixth chapter, refers to the alternative proposal, SWOT Audit Report Research is aimed at promoting the culture of responsibility in management, is an ethical obligation, moral and legal officials is accountable to society what they have done or are doing with the resources.
