Résumé: | In the development of the present investigation was aimed at determining the feasibility of the process for installing a marketing center for agricultural products in the Canton La Maná. Specific objectives was diagnose service market commercialization of agricultural products in the city. From which, technical, economic, and financial study was conducted; making it possible to establish the proper organizational structure and determine specific data for the study and financial evaluation. In the feasibility study for the creation of the center was performed information, surveys of the men 15 to 64 years in La Maná Canton and surrounding areas, according to most people is favorable because they can increase their income . The feasibility study seeks to determine how attractive and rewarding is the implementation of the marketing center dedicated to buying and sale of agricultural products, contributing to the generation of new jobs and the commercial development of the region. For normal operation requires an investment asset value is 5,550.00 working capital worth 11,251.53 is obtained. The analysis and financial evaluation determines that the indicators viable because the net present value (NPV) of 78586.71 The internal rate of return (IRR) of 82%. The benefit cost ratio (B / C) is 2.94; therefore concluded that the project to create a center of agricultural marketing in Canton La Maná is viable and profitable, as established market research, technical, economic and financial effected. |
