Auditoría de Gestión al Talento Humano y su relación con la toma de decisiones del área de Salud N°18 Hospital El Empalme, Año 2014

Health Área Nº. 18 Hospital El Empalme is a public institution that provides service to the citizens of the Canton and surrounding areas, has 150 employees who are dedicated to offering their knowledge of general medicine, pediatrics, maternity etc. In order to promote and develop an appropriate work environment, it allowed us to know what is relevant information by the general and specific objective which was held in the process of Auditing the area of human talent, develop the findings: labor environmental inadequate, the shortage of medicine at the pharmacy and others in this research became known important aspects to implement and comply with audit phases as they are planning, implementation and communication of results and to apply indicators management shows that 33% within the public institution are trained which is low for the effective development of services, 50% indicates that the established goals is at a medium level, they do not meet all the requirements . In addition to providing good service it is necessary to provide techniques that help unification of staff within the institution pledging to be responsible for the tasks assigned to it with efficiency, effectiveness and excellence. With these measures conclusions that suit the specific objectives, as human talent is an important role within the public institution, which must be trained and meet LOSEP standards and the Ministry of Public of Ecuador Health apply and other support agency proceeded to recommend providing a strategic analysis that leads to the correct view in the institution.
