The development of this project it was necessary to consider the acceptance of training variables; i.e., if the people who live in the rural sector are willing to go to a training center, from this point of view was measured the feasibility of the project. The methodology of research employed for the development of the project is the research descriptive because allowed detail the features that must have the analysis of feasibility for the creation of the center of training. A design of non-experimental research where data were collected through the application of surveys directed to residents of the rural area of La Maná canton was also applied. He is also a study of market which is obtained as a result an offer of assistance to the Centre of training of 7.311 courses and demand 23.112 people. With regard to the analysis or study technical is came to in list e identify all them goods and materials that is will require for the implementation of the center of training also is designed the form structural of how will be distributed the institution. With the study economic financial is gets that the investment initial for put up the project has a value of $ 28.500,00 dollars, the project would have a rate of return of the investment of the 126% which is very favorable, the period in that is would recover the investment total would take 11 months and 9 days what is beneficial for the project , in conclusion is can say that the idea of the creation of a centre of training stop the area rural of the GAD municipal of the canton the Mana would be feasible. |
