Zusammenfassung:The purpose of this research was to develop an informative guide for the labor inclusion of people on the autism spectrum, with the aim of providing tools and strategies to facilitate their integration into work environments. Through a methodological approach based on data collection, various theoretical sources were analyzed, and interviews were conducted with experts in labor inclusion and people with autism. The results showed that, despite advances in raising awareness about neurodiversity, significant barriers to accessing employment still exist, stemming from a lack of knowledge and adaptation of workspaces. The need for training for employers and coworkers was identified, as well as the implementation of reasonable accommodations to maximize the capabilities of people with autism in the workplace. In conclusion, the developed informative guide seeks to be a support tool for both employers and employees with autism, promoting inclusive practices that foster equity and respect in the workplace. Its implementation will contribute to reducing the employability gap and fostering a more diverse and accessible organizational culture.
