Add Tag | Summary: | This legal research thesis titled "CITIZEN PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCESS OF THE QUALITY OF PUBLIC MANAGEMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, analyzes the problem areas that arise around citizen participation in the exercise of direct democracy, which made possible that a proposed amendment to Article 64 Paragraph 4 of the Organic Law of Citizen Participation is raised. The thesis is organized into the following chapters: CHAPTER I, addresses the problem, its analysis, justification, objectives, assumptions, variables, resources and materials.
