The present investigation on the Development Plan for Career Development Engineering Environmental Management UTEQ aims to improve management processes, establishes the strategic, which will facilitate decision making that lead to the achievement of objectives. Provisioned with modern methodologies such as SWOT mathematician, who brings scientific rigor, control board for easy monitoring of projects and activities established for the period 2012-2015. The research involves: Situational Diagnosis Procedure, where we found the Strengths and Weaknesses; External Situational analysis, which identifies all the opportunities and threats, the Mathematical Foda in which after analysis proceeds to the generation constitutes Strategic Ranking ordered and prioritized list of strategic variables, they are the basis for the development of strategic objectives and strategies of the plan, the elements of the Career Counselors and strategic objectives of the same. Allow all those who are part of the race, conducted in the same direction, and they will know where you are going the race and everyone can focus their activities towards a common purpose.
