Gestión operativa y su incidencia en la reducción de pérdidas de energía eléctrica de Cnel-ep en la unidad de negocios de la Provincia Los Rios, Periodo 2014-2015.

The present investigation denominated "OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT AND ITS INCIDENCE IN THE REDUCTION OF LOSSES OF ELECTRIC ENERGY OF CNEL-EP IN THE BUSINESS UNIT OF THE PROVINCE LOS RIOS. PERIOD 2014-2015, sought to ascertain the disadvantages that existed in the provision of technical services of the Business Unit, the current and future non-compliance of quality of service indices required by the Electricity Regulation and Control Agency, which affect the Reduction of electrical energy losses. The new form of organization in public institutions allows administrative levels of Planning, Coordination, Management and Control, in addition to promoting quality and warmth through efficiency and effectiveness. This ensures equity, better management and optimization of resources in the territory, under the concept of a planned, decentralized, articulated and equitable State that offers greater coverage of quality of public services. Faced with this reality, the Business Unit Los Ríos has been part of one of the strategic sectors that are the fundamental pillars of the progress of society and therefore it became essential to study and analyze the processes handled by the Unit. The methodology used to collect the information was based on the use of techniques such as: surveys in the latter, information directly provided by employees, interviews directly with the respective authorities. For the analysis of graphics and data processing the Microsoft Excel program was used which is the most suitable for the process. With the present investigation, it was hoped to contribute to the solution of the determined problem and to cover social needs,that favor as foundation and bibliographical source of the Institution, reason why I assume the commitment and responsibility to socialize to the recipients.
