要約:The aim of this research is determine soil composition in accordance to their physical and chemical characteristics. The permanent deforestation in the sectors of jipijapa's town with which it looks to affected ecosystem of the area contribute to the deterioration of environment and biodiversity's loss.the lack of knowledge of effect of soil's caracteristics physical and chemical and about the natural regeneration of existing forest in that area has contributed to improper use of the Implantation of plots or plantations at different places in the area, which it has contributed to that the species that have a naturally regeneration and that this affect forest composition do not have the owing handling with the goal of learn the chemical and physical characteristics and the effect that exerts in that forest, it made the research in a forest wet medium of the Ecuadorian Coast being of the State University of Southern Manabi in with which can find 3 diferent levels of intervention. not intervened ( NI) , moderately involved ( MI ) and highly involved ( AI). The analysis of physical and chemical soil as well as structure and composition result in soils loam with a percentage of organic matter half in places where there is IA , the P , S , Fe with normal values, bulk density ( Da) which explains good having good porosity , good drainage, granular structure, land suitable for various plant and tree species are developed; within the sociological characteristics of forest regeneration and 80 individuals, 11 families, 20 species were found, The Importance value index more representative it obtained the Triplaris cumingiana, with 45,57 and Machaerium millei with 37,73, the highest average regeneration determined based on abundance, frequency and height class was won 14,29 average intervention. The Fabaceae, Moraceae and Polygonaceae family were the most representative, the most significant species were Triplaris cumingiana, Pithecellobiun Machaerium millei.
