| Resumo: | This work entitled "Strategic Plan and its relation to the improvement of the administrative area of the educational unit Unidad Popular St. Camillus parish, Quevedo Canton, period 2014-2019", I'll perform in order to improve the strategic direction of the entity it relates to the management and administrative area in order to determine its planning, coordination and monitoring of institutional activities generating added value to the differentiated service for the benefit of education. This institution has historical significance for its institutional generating a strength based on their experience in the education and training of young people, can be considered to have shortcomings in addressing institutional strategic planning, generated by those who assume the role of administrators, so this plan must be aligned according to their technical content that make a difference in the service of education. This work was proposed with the purpose of providing administrative solutions and structure tend toward hierarchical levels and functions of the activities of each of the employees of the entity. This document is the development in two phases, the first with an evaluative research which considers internal diagnosis gives the institution and external to measure their competitiveness in the market of sex education and finally applied research develops type in order to develop the strategic plan. Thus, it has provisions that supported this research based on the theoretical foundations of authors connoted relevance on strategic planning, internal, and external evaluation of the strengths generated in the management towards addressing the institutional analysis, and finally the formulation and structure of the strategic plan in which the strategies, projects and action plans that will provide the organization with a north towards addressing and educational quality assurance are derived. |
